Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 15 business days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Origène offers free delivery within Canada for all orders of $85 and above before tax. For orders under $85, standard delivery fees are $9.

Shipping fees for international orders are $27.50.

Generally, you should receive your order within 3-15 business days after the shipment confirmation.

Delivery Issues

Origène is not responsible for lost parcels, delivery errors, and/or delayed delivery by the carrier, or parcels damaged by our service provider.
